About PM Dharmendra
I was born in 1989 in a small village in Bulandshahr District, Uttar Pradesh, into a large, loving family. My father, a farmer, and my mother, a homemaker, raised me alongside 15 cousins and 15 siblings. While our home was full of warmth and care, my childhood was marked by struggles with learning.
As a child, I couldn’t remember even the simplest numbers from 1 to 5. Despite the efforts of my parents, aunt, and other family members to teach me, my memory wouldn’t improve. This caused frustration in my family, and my parents faced taunts from others about my inability to progress. However, my mother never gave up on me. She identified one key habit—my love for excessive tea—and eliminated it. To everyone’s surprise, this small change brought about a big transformation.
By the time I was in 2nd grade, I memorized multiplication tables up to 20 and proudly recited them to my father, earning a 1-rupee reward each time. That moment taught me the value of persistence, encouragement, and a mother’s unconditional love, captured beautifully in the quote: “A mother understands what a child does not say.”
From there, I excelled in school and later completed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, starting my career in 2010 with a meager salary of ₹5,500/month. Life hit me hard when I fell severely ill with dengue within four months of my first job. My platelets dropped dangerously low, leaving my family emotionally and financially drained. I vividly remember my father crying for the first time, a moment that changed my perspective on health. I learned the true meaning of “The greatest wealth is health”, and this realization stayed with me.
I continued to push forward, completing my PGDM in Operations Research in 2012. Over the years, I worked in various industries, including OEMs, MNCs, and Tier-1 companies, building my expertise in project management. By 2018, I realized hard work alone wasn’t enough for growth. I attended a seminar that introduced me to personal development and mindset transformation. Reading “Sales Ka Sikandar” changed my outlook, teaching me the importance of inner purity and emotional control in achieving success.
The Turning Point: Discovering the Power of Mindset
In 2018, everything changed when I attended a seminar and read my first non-fiction book, Sales Ka Sikandar. For the first time, I realized that hard work alone wasn’t enough. Mindset and personal development were equally important. I embraced the philosophy that our inner world shapes our outer reality and started investing in my growth through books, training, and coaching.
This journey of transformation was challenging but rewarding. I took bold steps to improve my emotional control, family decisions, financial planning, and professional leadership. With every new skill I learned, I grew stronger and more confident in tackling life’s challenges.
In 2021, I earned my PMP certification from PMI, doubling my financial growth within just six months. I also embraced servant leadership, understanding that leadership is about serving others, not commanding them.
Key Learnings and Growth
I immersed myself in transformational experiences, such as the Relationship Management Program conducted by Homi Mulla. This program taught me the power of unlearning, surrendering ego, and rebuilding relationships. These lessons strengthened my resolve to focus on continuous learning and growth.
In 2024, I pushed myself further with challenges like:
- Reading one book every week, completing 24 books using speed-reading techniques.
- Reducing 10kg in three months to achieve a healthy BMI.
- Writing my first book in just two months: “Life Is a Project, You’re the PM of It.”
- Growing my YouTube channel to 10K subscribers and 75K views in just five months.
- Learning video recording and editing skills to expand my influence online.
- Earning the prestigious Diamond Pro Award in my learning community.
I also completed the Train the Trainer certification under the legendary Blair Singer, honing my ability to teach and inspire others effectively.
The Mission: Giving Back
With everything I’ve achieved, I now feel a deep responsibility to give back. After years of reflection, research, and learning, I’ve developed tools and strategies to help mid-career professionals break through stagnation. My mission is to guide them toward faster career growth while living a stress-free life, mentally, physically, and financially.
As a Leadership Coach, I am committed to empowering others to take control of their lives, just as I did. My story is proof that with the right mindset, continuous learning, and determination, anyone can overcome their struggles and achieve remarkable success.
Now, I’m ready to serve and inspire others to lead their lives like successful projects—because every life has the potential for greatness.
